We are bringing together imaging expertise from across the Erbe Group in one competence center for endoscopes and camera systems. The new unit will operate under the name Erbe Vision GmbH.
With this merger, we are combining technological, clinical, regulatory and market expertise and creating an even stronger innovation base, also for our b2b partners.
With expanded resources and access to additional technologies, we can accelerate development processes, modernize production methods, and bring innovations to market more quickly. With our end-to-end expertise from optics to sensor to monitor, we are shaping the future of intelligent visualization.
Our product portfolio will also be strategically integrated. Proven technologies such as rod lenses and fiber image guides will retain their important role. At the same time, the expansion of the portfolio creates the basis for further investments in our production and therefore for sustainable growth.
